Atlanta/Cypress, Texas – Stonemark is now managing, and will supervise the renovation of, Cantera at Towne Lake Apartments in the Houston suburb of Cypress, Texas. The gated 366-unit community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom garden-style and townhouse apartments within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment options. 

Allied Orion Group has been chosen to manage Los Prados Apartments, a 264-unit affordable apartment community located in North Houston. The firm continues to expand its property management portfolio in the Houston Market.

Atlanta/Greer, S.C. – The Lofts by the Lake at Apalache Mill in Greer, S.C. is now being managed by Stonemark Management. The five-story luxury community is in a renovated 19th-century textile mill on 7.5 acres in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It features 97 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. All four of the floor plans have high ceilings and lofts.

Atlanta/Richwood, Texas – Stonemark has assumed the leasing, marketing and management of Brazos Crossing, a gated apartment community in Richwood, Texas. Brazos Crossing has 308 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and some of the best amenities in the area.
