Allied Orion Group has been chosen to manage Metro Midtown, a 419-unit apartment community in the heart of Midtown in Houston, Texas. Metro Midtown is located at 2350 Bagby Street just minutes from the Metro Rail with easy access dining, shopping, and entertainment options. 

A pet-friendly community, Metro Midtown offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 692 to 1,378 square feet of living space.  Allied Orion Group has been selected by One Real Estate Investment (OREI) to manage AxioThe FreddVillas De Santa Fe, and The Summit apartment communities in San Antonio, Texas, adding another 1,130 units to its expanding portfolio in the San Antonio market.  

Centrally located at 8722 Cinnamon Creek Drive in the Medical Center, Axio offers newly renovated one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes and three-bedroom townhomes with attached garages. Amenities include two pools, 24-hour fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, playground, dog park, picnic, and grilling areas as well as an afterschool program. 

The Fredd, located at 9109 Dartbrook Drive in the heart of the Medical Center and across the street from USAA headquarters, is a townhome community featuring one- two-, and three-bedroom floorplans with large private patios. Amenities include pool with grilling areas, basketball courts, playground, dog park, clubhouse with fitness center and coffee/tea bar, as well as an on-site laundry facility.  

Villas De Santa Fe offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in the heart of the Medical Center. Situated at 3601 Magic Drive, the community offers residents a variety of amenities such as a clubhouse with fully equipped business center, pool, sports court with outdoor gaming area, two on-site laundry facilities, and a dog park. In addition, there is an afterschool program available to residents. 

Located at 1955 Larkspur in Castle Hills near major area employers and Alon Town Center, The Summit offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments convenient to 1-10. Community amenities include a clubhouse with gaming area, fitness center, yoga room, two pools, picnic area with grilling space, walking track, playground, and dog park.

Allied Orion Group (AOG) has been tapped to manage Trove Eastside, an affordable apartment community in southeast Austin, and Trove Southtown, an affordable community located in San Antonio. The firm is further expanding its growing management portfolio and presence in both the Austin and San Antonio markets by adding an additional 532 units. Both communities are owned by Trinsic Residential Group.

Located at 2201 Montopolis Drive, Trove Eastside Apartments are situated off East Riverside Drive and East Ben White Blvd. The community is minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and downtown Austin, as well as convenient to University of Texas, area employers, hospitals, recreational activities, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The pet-friendly community offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes with a wide array of amenities, including a pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse, fully equipped playground, business center, covered parking, and on-site laundry facilities. Allied Orion Group has been selected to manage five affordable housing redevelopment communities for BGC Advantage: College Park (consisting of College Park Family I & II and College Park Senior), Askew Place/Uptown Rental Homes in Memphis, and Windsor Maley at the River in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The redevelopment efforts of the Memphis, Tennessee properties is a partnership between BGC Advantage and the Memphis Housing Authority with the intention to turn former public housing into affordable housing developments that will serve a broader spectrum of the affordable housing population.  

Construction will be spearheaded by Snyder Construction, and Allied Orion Group will provide management for the communities. Upgrades include complete bathroom and kitchen renovations; new floors, doors, and lighting throughout; new exterior/interior paint; and energy efficient appliances, water heaters, and HVAC. The communities will be enhancing accessibility features as well. New amenities may include upgraded fitness centers, playgrounds, clubhouses, and business centers. 

Windsor Maley at the River in Daytona Beach, FL is a redevelopment project partnership between BGC Advantage and the Housing Authority of the City of Daytona Beach to convert public housing into affordable housing. General Contractor services are being provided by Sauer, Inc., architecture by DNA Workshop, and management by Allied Orion Group.  

A senior living community situated along the Halifax River, Windsor Maley at the River redevelopment efforts will modernize both buildings with updated flooring, lighting, doors, and cabinetry. In addition to updated kitchens and bathrooms, the towers will receive updated building systems, elevators, energy efficient appliances and storm-resistant features. The interior and exterior community amenities will feature new meeting rooms, leasing space, community kitchen, library, fitness center, social services, and resident activities. In addition, gated entry and private parking will be available.
