Adding much-needed urban-style apartments to the region, Deacon Development is nearing completion on three new Portland and Salem, Oregon-area multifamily communities – Rivenwood, Merx and Paceline – tapping CloudTenResidential to oversee all lease-up and management activities. CloudTen now manages over 36 properties throughout Oregon and Washington – three of them owned by Deacon Development. 

Stonemark Management is now managing Bristol Park Apartment Homes in Fayetteville, N.C. The 112-unit two-story garden-style apartments feature brick and wood exteriors. The spacious two- and three-bedroom floorplans offer fully-equipped modern kitchens with granite countertops and wood cabinets. 

Stonemark Management is now managing The Anthony at Canyon Springs Apartments in San Antonio, Texas. The dynamic, upscale multifamily community features 360 units ranging from classic one-bedroom/one bath floorplans to four-bedrooms/three baths. Many floorplans include fireplaces, dining areas, king-sized bedrooms, colorful accent walls and one- and two-car garages.

Stonemark Management has been chosen to oversee the operations of Copper Creek Apartments – the newest multifamily community in Jackson, Tennessee. The upscale community has 144 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. It welcomed its first residents in late November.

Berkadia announces it has secured a $31 million loan to refinance No.17 Residences Allapattah, a 192-unit attainable luxury apartment rental building in the Fruit Packing District of Allapattah. Senior Managing Director Charles Foschini, Managing Director Christopher Apone, and Associate Director Shannon Wilson of Berkadia South Florida secured the financing on behalf of Neology Life Development Group, a lifestyle-driven residential and commercial real estate firm, led by Lissette Calderon, that specializes in the transformation of overlooked and undervalued communities into vibrant urban neighborhoods.

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, added six communities totaling more than 1,700 units to its robust community management portfolio. The communities are all located in KWPMC’s home base of Miami-Dade County.

Atlanta/Columbia, South Carolina – Stonemark Management has been selected to manage three apartment communities totaling 434 units in the Columbia, South Carolina area. DSP Real Estate Capital recently acquired the properties and chose Stonemark to manage them.
