Experienced professional to oversee firm’s operations in Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville markets

Los Angeles, CA – Paul Rahimian, CEO and Founder of Parkview Financial is pleased to announce Ted Jung has been named Chief Credit Officer out of the firm’s Los Angeles headquarters. 

Expanding its new Portland, Oregon office, San Diego-based Sunrise Management, which has specialized in managing multifamily properties since 1978, has added Lydia Stiles as asset director for the region. In this capacity, Stiles takes charge of overseeing property and asset management functions for the firm’s Portland office, focusing on bolstering property values as well as increasing market share in the region.

Greystone Affordable Development, a national affordable housing developer, announced James Baugh has been named Vice President, Finance. In this leadership role, Mr. Baugh will lead a team of analysts and asset managers responsible for providing capital solutions for Greystone Affordable Development’s pipeline of projects.

Birchstone Residential, a culture-based property management company focused on creating great places to live, today announced the addition of Keith Hughes as vice president of construction. The hiring of Hughes is emblematic of Birchstone’s continued growth as it assumes management responsibilities of apartment communities in the Sunbelt, Southeast and pursues opportunities in new markets.

Hughes will simultaneously manage the day-to-day field operations of multiple multimillion-dollar construction projects and will oversee an emerging in-house construction team expected to grow to 10 or 12 associates. Hughes will assume responsibility of all components of the construction process, from assisting on acquisitions and blueprint designs to budgeting and scheduling construction plans.

Prior to joining Birchstone, Hughes, who has accrued 25 years of industry experience, served as regional construction manager for BH Management, where he spearheaded more than $60 million in capital projects in a 12-state region. This included acquisitions, value-add projects, insurance and non-recurring capital expenditures.

WPD Management, a property management company operating throughout the south side of Chicago, has hired Dan Nagle as Director of Business Development. Nagle is the first person to hold this position at the company and plans to help the third-party management company have 5,000 units under management by the end of 2022.

The Altman Companies, a nationally recognized developer, builder, and manager of exceptional rental apartment communities, is pleased to announce the hiring of John T. Ladson as Senior Vice President of Development for The Altman Companies to lead the new Atlanta office.  In his role as Senior Vice President of Development, Ladson will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and overseeing new development opportunities in Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee. 

Ladson’s experience includes overseeing multifamily product types ranging from townhomes to high-rise towers, over 2,600 units of green-built apartment homes, and highly successful student-oriented communities. Ladson was most recently at Gables Residential, where he played a critical role by sourcing new development opportunities, prosecuting feasibility analyses, securing project entitlements, assembling third party design teams, interfacing with debt partners, serving as principal liaison with equity partners, managing an in-house construction team, managing an in-house property management team and shepherding development projects from conception to stabilization.
