KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, added five luxury condominium communities totaling 1,200 units to its substantial community management portfolio. The communities are all located in KWPMC’s home base of South Florida.

The new assignments include the Château Group-developed Fendi Château Residences on the ocean in Surfside. Fendi Château Residences is an ultra-luxury 57-unit condo building with a mix of 3,400 to 7,000-square-foot beachfront residences, along with a private restaurant that is managed by the KWPMC Food & Beverage division. It is one of the area’s most prestigious residential addresses.

KWPMC was also awarded association management assignments for a pair of high-rise towers in South Beach and Downtown Miami. It now oversees the 399-unit Waverly South Beach and 530-unit Mint building on the Miami River at the nexus of downtown and Brickell.

The new assignments also include The Lexi in North Bay Village and Cloister del Mar in Boca Raton.
