CPA brings over two decades of experience to premier association management company
MIAMI – May 7, 2024 – KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier Florida-based association management company, significantly enhanced its executive team with the addition of Suzel Broe as Chief Financial Officer – Financial Services. Based in Miami, Broe will leverage her accomplished accounting background for the benefit of KWPMC’s clients.
A Certified Public Accountant, Broe has over two decades of experience as a business owner, consultant and senior accounting professional with a Big-4 accounting background. Her major clients included Restaurant Brands International (NYSE: QSR), University of Miami, Cyxtera Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: CYXT) and AppGate Inc.
Broe most recently served as CFO of Orion Real Estate Group. She is versed in simultaneously managing multiple clients and complex projects. Broe’s experience includes accounting policy implementation; purchase accounting and acquisition integration; due diligence related to business acquisitions; accounting systems conversions, integration and standardization of policies and procedures; strategic finance and planning; modeling; and operations.
