San Diego-Based Firm Names Dennis Mitchell New Regional VP, Portland

Multifamily real estate investment platform PENLER has badded John Ladson – a 20-year veteran of multifamily development – as a partner to oversee its new developments. 

Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading multifamily brokerage firm, announces Aaron Sklar, 32, has been named Partner. Sklar is the second Partner at Kiser Group, following Noah Birk, after co-founders Lee Kiser and Estella Kiser created equity positions in the company.

Encinitas-based Tower 16 Capital Partners announced it has hired Joe Anfuso, a 15-year veteran in the real estate investment industry, as an asset manager to oversee its multifamily assets throughout the Southwest region.

Royce Baptist has joined 29th Street Capital as Vice President for the Atlanta market. Baptist will be responsible for sourcing new multifamily acquisitions in the Metro Atlanta area. He will also work closely with property managers on the implementation and oversight of capital and business plans on all assets. Baptist will help bolster the company’s capabilities as he will join forces with Senior VP Javier Bustillo, who has overseen the Atlanta region for six years.
