Kiser Group, Chicago’s leading multifamily brokerage firm, announces the promotion of Danny Mantis to Director from Advisor.

Ashcroft Capital, a fully integrated multifamily investment firm, today announced the addition of Bill Kay as managing director of capital markets. The hiring of Kay will support Ashcroft’s continued emergence in the rental-housing sector as the company continues to acquire assets in its existing markets in the Sunbelt and seeks to enter new markets.

Based in Mississippi, Ms. Ford will serve with Lisa Anderson, Managing Director for FHA lending, in a leadership role on the FHA platform. Greystone, a leading national commercial real estate finance company, announced that Eliav Dan has joined Greystone’s Commercial team as a Senior Managing Director, based in Los Angeles. In this role, Mr. Dan will focus on structured large loan originations, CMBS, balance sheet lending, and Greystone Agency and FHA programs.

Austin Parker – an Associate on the Birk | Sklar team – has been promoted to Advisor after nearly two years with the company. In this new role, Parker will focus on helping investors buy and sell multifamily properties between two and four units throughout Chicago.

Kasa, a national flexible accommodations provider, today announced that real estate veterans Jordan Calaguire and Aaron Anderson have joined the real estate team as Head of Revenue and Head of Multifamily Strategy & Partnership, respectively. In addition, he will manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate and partner success teams and raise capital to acquire real estate through programmatic joint venture partnerships.
