The Vivian's architectural design pays homage to the area's history, reflecting the industrial style of the former Exide Technologies battery plant site. The interior designer, Krywicki, has created an inviting atmosphere by infusing bold statement pieces, mixed materials, and unique patterns.
Residents of The Vivian enjoy three convenient BeltLine access points, along with a host of amenities that enhance their living experience, including a hotel-inspired clubhouse, a private dog park, a luxurious resort-style swimming pool, and the on-site coffee shop, Black Coffee Westside.
