ATLANTA - Jessica Weathers has joined multifamily real estate management firm Stonemark Management as a Regional Manager. Weathers is responsible for the daily operations of assets in both South Carolina and Tennessee. 

“Jessica is an experienced portfolio manager who brings both deep knowledge and great energy to the position,” said Stonemark President Walt Lamperski. “She has an excellent understanding of the South Carolina market as well as the industry as a whole. We are thrilled to have her on board.”  

Weathers’ multifamily management experience includes serving as a district portfolio manager and earning an internal award for excellence. She also co-created a national training and mentorship program, which established consistent criteria for success and launched a series of training webinars on both systems and software.  

“I am excited to join Stonemark, a management group with such experience, professionalism, and more than anything – support,” Weathers said. “My main focus is to bring my experience and Stonemark’s message to the onsite teams across South Carolina and in Knoxville, Tennessee.
