Metro Atlanta-based multifamily real estate firm Stonemark Management has promoted Tiffany Crutchley to become its Executive Vice President of Client Development and Marketing. Crutchley’s new responsibilities include driving the firm’s growth through expanded business development initiatives while continuing to refine its already successful marketing strategy and processes.
“While continuing to spearhead Stonemark’s branding initiatives, Tiffany will also monitor satisfaction levels through continued direct contact with our clients, partners, vendors, and associates,” said Stonemark Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Melissa Gill. “Tiffany has shown excellent business intelligence expertise as well as strong research analysis and communication skills. I am confident she will help us attain our long-term financial goals.”
Crutchley, who joined Stonemark in 2019 as Director of Marketing, has more than two decades of experience with some of the nation’s largest multifamily organizations. She rose through the ranks at Stonemark to her previous position as Vice President of Operations. She has also volunteered on several internal committees and was instrumental in launching the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion outreach. She is also an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association,
