Trimark Properties, a property management and real estate development firm headquartered in Gainesville, FL, has appointed University of Florida alumna Genevieve Howard as its newest Digital Marketing and Advertising Coordinator. Howard will be responsible for marketing the company’s selection of Gainesville apartments and commercial office space near the University and downtown Gainesville.

 

Using her knowledge of the University of Florida student housing market and her newly acquired degree from the top-ranked college’s Heavener School of Business, Howard will assist the marketing department in promoting the company’s commercial and multifamily divisions.

Howard graduated from the University of Florida in December 2016 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in English.

At her previous position, Suarez worked for Boardroom PR, an integrated public relations and marketing agency based in Plantation, as a Multimedia Specialist. Suarez holds a degree in Broadcasting from the University of Miami. After living in South Florida for most of her life, she now calls Gainesville her home. She enjoys an active lifestyle along her husband and their two loving children.
