194-unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) townhome community advances following loan closing, expanding Trilogy’s footprint in one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing coastal markets 

Atlanta-based general contractor Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, announces it will build the amenities at Wren's Hollow, a new build-to-rent townhome community in Pooler, Georgia. Mandrake Capital Partners, the developer of Wren's Hollow, selected Chapco Design Build as the general contractor for the project due to its proven amenity construction expertise and dedication to quality execution. Construction has commenced as of November 2025. 

CF Evans Construction, one of the Southeast’s leading multifamily general contractors, has been selected by Buvermo as the general contractor for Album Dorchester, a new 55-plus active-adult community located in North Charleston, South Carolina, one of the fastest-growing regions in the Southeast. 

LOS ANGELES, CA — Zachary Streit, Founder and President of Priority Capital Advisory, announced the closing of a $174 million loan on behalf of the ownership for Blosser Ranch, a 160-acre master-planned development in Santa Maria, California, the largest city in Santa Barbara County. The financing funds both horizontal and vertical construction for the first phase, a 302-unit, three-story garden-style multifamily community situated on 12 acres, and recapitalizes the remaining land within the entire development, positioning the borrower for the project’s six future subphases.

Trilogy Investment Company, a fully integrated residential development and investment firm, in partnership with Provest Partners, has closed a construction loan and broken ground on REV3 at Pinnacle Meadows, a 73-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Asheville, North Carolina. The project marks Trilogy Investment Company’s first build-to-rent investment in Asheville and its first partnership with Provest Partners, a Korean fund manager, further expanding the firm’s footprint across high-growth Sun Belt markets. Vertical construction is expected to begin in early 2026.

MCB Real Estate has delivered Guilford Row, 14 three-story townhomes situated in the Greenmount West neighborhood of Baltimore City and recently initiated marketing activities designed to lease the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residences comprising 1,920 square feet of living space. The firm invested $6.7 million to transform a blighted site, located at 1801 Guilford Avenue near the Station North Arts District and Penn Station, which formerly contained a vacant warehouse. MCB Real Estate acquired the site with a joint venture partner in 2019.

JCCG Named GC for Avanza at Hyde Park

Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a leading general contractor specializing in the build-to-rent (BTR) sector, announces it will oversee construction of Avanza at Hyde Park, a new Trinitas Ventures BTR community in Noblesville. The project marks JCCG’s first in Indiana and reflects the company’s expanding footprint across the Southeast and beyond. 

ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, is proud to announce it has been named the construction manager for The Skye apartments, which is the second phase of the Parks at Delray development. The project spans 43 acres and brings a vibrant mix of residential, retail, and office space to the growing Congress Avenue corridor. With construction now underway, Skye is slated for completion in 2027.

Trilogy Investment Company (TIC), a fully integrated residential development and investment firm, announces that REV3 at Avondale Station has begun delivering its first homes to the market. The milestone marks the start of resident move-ins for the new 107-unit build-to-rent community in the West Valley, one of the fastest-growing regions in metro Phoenix.  Trilogy has also selected RangeWater Real Estate as the professional management partner for the community.
