Seasoned operations leader to guide national portfolio and elevate resident experiences
St. John Properties, Inc. has bolstered its in-house Multifamily Construction Division with the hiring of six professionals to support anticipated growth and oversee more than 1,500 multifamily units currently in the development pipeline. The recent additions include veteran construction professionals Lauren Shank, Senior Project Manager; Chaz White, Senior Superintendent; and Connor Cummins, Project Manager. The group is led by Vice President Michael Poirot, and will oversee multifamily development throughout Maryland initially, before expanding the division’s scope across the country where St. John Properties has a presence.
