Peak Campus Awarded Management of Two Student Housing Communities near Notre Dame

Peak Campus, one of the nation’s leading student housing operators, announced today that it was awarded and assumed management for Clover Ridge and Clover Village, two student housing communities totaling 549-beds in South Bend, Indiana. Both properties were acquired by affiliates of Glenmont Capital Management, LLC, a New York-based real estate investment firm, which plans to implement an extensive renovation that includes both interior unit improvements and exterior and common area improvements totaling over $4.1 million.

Clover Ridge, a 221-bed property, is made up of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, and swimming pool. Clover Village, a 328-bed property, is made up of studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartment homes with amenities including clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, and business center. Both Clover Ridge and Clover Village are located steps from the historic and picturesque University of Notre Dame campus.
