American Landmark Acquires Boulders Lakeside Apartments Near Richmond, Virginia

 

The 248-unit Boulders Lakeside Apartments is with 10 miles of three of Virginia’s most prominent universities and downtown Richmond

 

 American Landmark Apartments, one of the fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators in the country, announces it has acquired the 248-unit Boulders Lakeside Apartments in North Chesterfield, Va. Boulders Lakeside will be the company’s first Virginia multifamily acquisition since 2016.

 

So far this year, American Landmark has acquired more than $1.3 billion in apartment communities throughout the Sunbelt states of Texas, Florida, Georgia, and North and South Carolina, and has a significant presence in the Florida metros of Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville and South Florida.
