CRC scored 92.13 on the epIQ Index, a single-performance metric powered by ApartmentRatings that is designed to function as the most authentic, transparent, and actionable industry metric for renters and multifamily professionals. Information is compiled based on average ratings from renter reviews, number of reviews received, percentage of reviews with manager responses and average manager response times as compared to all other communities.

Each CRC community received a A rating and three of its multifamily communities earned an A+ rating. Additionally, eight properties ranked number one in their respective cities: The Bluestone in Bluffton, SC; The Crossings at White Marsh in Perry Hall, MD; Central Island Square in Daniel Island, SC; Fortress Grove in Murfreesboro, TN; McDonogh Township in Owings Mills, MD; Padonia Village in Timonium, MD; Two Addison Place in Pooler, GA; and Westwinds Apartments in Annapolis, MD.
