Five multifamily communities owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, have earned placement on the 2023 “Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking,” a statistical model that analyzes and reports the Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score of more than 140,000 communities across the country. The report and analysis were prepared by J Turner Research, a reputation management and market research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry.
CRC ranked 20th out of all management companies surveyed, with 15 percent of its portfolio achieving an Elite 1% status.
The CRC multifamily communities included on the list are: The Edison Lofts in Raleigh, NC; The Flats at Ballantyne in Charlotte, NC; McDonogh Township in Owings Mills, MD; St. Mary’s Square in Raleigh, NC; and Stevenson Lane in Towson, MD.
The “Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking” is derived from a formula that measures multifamily communities across multiple review sites and Internet Listing Services. Data is used to assign an independent Online Reputation score to each property, based on a scale of 0-100.
