LIVEbe Announces Start of Preleasing at The Remy Phase II

LIVEbe, a premier apartment developer and operator, today announced the start of leasing at The Remy Phase II, a contemporary apartment community in the Harkins District of Prince George’s County. 

 

The community, which will feature 268 apartment homes, joins the award-winning original phase of The Remy, which began leasing in 2017. Like its predecessor, The Remy Phase II will offer a uniquely cultivated array of lifestyle-enhancing amenities and meticulously crafted home features.

While Phase II will feature similar amenity spaces, it will be distinctive in that it will be a pet-free building.

Situated at 7700 Harkins Road, The Remy Phase II offers immediate access to the New Carrollton Station, which provides access to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., New York and Philadelphia via Amtrak and Metrorail. The MARC train, Amtrak and key commuter vessel Interstate 95/495 are all easily accessible from the community, as well. 

 

The Remy Phase II will offer studio, one- and two bedroom homes with various layouts and an average square footage of 753. Community amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool and sundeck, rooftop lounge, two courtyards, outdoor fitness equipment, grilling stations, clubrooms and game rooms, billiards and foosball tables, movie screening room, Smiota package lockers, refrigerated lockers and resident lounge areas throughout the common areas.
