The multifamily marketing veteran will play a key role in guiding the company's ongoing growth

The Bainbridge Companies, a leading owner, developer and manager of luxury multifamily communities in the eastern U.S., today announced that Heidi Jehlicka has joined its executive team as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Employee Development.

In this role, Jehlicka oversees the strategic planning and execution of marketing and branding at the corporate and community levels in addition to the company’s training and team development initiatives. Her efforts strengthen Bainbridge’s reputation for providing communities that deliver best-in-class, resort-style living experiences to residents. Her areas of expertise include brand development, standards implementation, market analysis and online marketing.

Most recently, Jehlicka served as Director of Marketing and Revenue Management for Advenir Real Estate Management. There she oversaw all marketing and public relations efforts. She also was responsible for the implementation and execution of pricing strategy at Advenir communities nationwide.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Mary’s University and has also completed coursework in professional selling skills and coaching. Jehlicka has been honored with a National Excellence in Sales Award and has been certified in management training, business ethics and marketing.  

Jehlicka joins Bainbridge during a time of significant growth for the company. This past spring, Bainbridge announced it was included in the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2018 Top 25 Developers list. Bainbridge placed at No. 16 on the list, which is an annual ranking of the largest apartment developers in the U.S; the company came in at No. 20 on the 2017 list.

 Trez Forman Capital Group has hired veteran banker and real estate lender Russ Holland as a Managing Director.  He will be opening an Atlanta office and be responsible for creating new business relationships for the private commercial real estate lending firm headquartered in Palm Beach, Fla.

Tampa, Fla. - American Landmark, one of the fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators in the country, has appointed Hollie Lawing to the role of Executive Vice President of Revenue Management. She will be based out of Dallas and report to Principal & CFO Jim Miller.

Greystone, a national real estate lending, investment, and advisory company, is expanding its lending footprint in Texas with the addition of managing directors Gill Dolan and Blake Willeford to its recently-established Houston office.
