The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge), the 10th-largest apartment developer and a leading owner and manager of luxury multifamily communities, today announced the promotion of Dana Caudell to President, Property Management.

In her new position, Caudell will continue to provide leadership for Bainbridge's property management, operationsand marketing teams. She also plays a critical role in the creation and integration of forward-looking programs and initiatives to continue to build upon Bainbridge's success.
 

Caudell, who has more than two decades of experience in the apartment industry, joined Bainbridge in January 2017 as Vice President, Asset Management and Property Management. Later that year, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, and her responsibilities expanded from overseeing new developments to third-party and stabilized assets as well.

Caudell's promotion comes during a period of strong growth for Bainbridge. This spring, the company was named for the third straight year to the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) annual Top 25 Developers list. Bainbridge placed 10th in the nation for 2019. The company also was ranked No. 14 on NMHC's 2019 Top 25 Builders List. Additionally, Bainbridge is seeking to continue expanding its management services along the East Coast while also exploring selective new market opportunities.

Prior to joining Bainbridge, Caudelllead the operational teams of regional multifamily developers throughout the Southeast. Her experience in the multifamily industry includes oversight of acquisitions, development, marketing, associate training as well as institutional commercial and residential asset management.  

Attending the University of South Carolina’s School of Journalism fueled Caudell’s passion for public speaking and the art of skillful communication. Caudell holds the coveted CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a LCAM license in the state of Florida and the CAPS designation through the National Apartment Association. She currently serves on IREM's Global Council. Her dedication to the multifamily industry also has been demonstrated through her leadership roles with multiple apartment associations over the course of her career.

In this role, Jehlicka oversees the strategic planning and execution of marketing and branding at the corporate and community levels in addition to the company’s training and team development initiatives. Her efforts strengthen Bainbridge’s reputation for providing communities that deliver best-in-class, resort-style living experiences to residents. Her areas of expertise include brand development, standards implementation, market analysis and online marketing.

Most recently, Jehlicka served as Director of Marketing and Revenue Management for Advenir Real Estate Management. There she oversaw all marketing and public relations efforts. She also was responsible for the implementation and execution of pricing strategy at Advenir communities nationwide.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Mary’s University and has also completed coursework in professional selling skills and coaching. Jehlicka has been honored with a National Excellence in Sales Award and has been certified in management training, business ethics and marketing.  

Jehlicka joins Bainbridge during a time of significant growth for the company. This past spring, Bainbridge announced it was included in the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2018 Top 25 Developers list. Bainbridge placed at No. 16 on the list, which is an annual ranking of the largest apartment developers in the U.S; the company came in at No. 20 on the 2017 list.

The Bainbridge Companies and National Real Estate Advisors today announced that Bainbridge Shady Grove Metro has been selected as a winner in Delta Associates’ 20th Annual Washington/Baltimore Apartment Industry Awards for Excellence.

 The 417-unit apartment community in Rockville, Md., which opened in September 2015, received the Best Lease-Up Pace for a Suburban Maryland Apartment Community award. The awards ceremony was held Oct. 19 in Washington, D.C.

To further preserve the historical significance of the location and create a cohesive brand, Bainbridge included various automobile-themed touches throughout the community and its marketing collateral. Residents of Bainbridge Shady Grove Metro can select from community's floor plans named after Dodge vehicles such as the Durango, Dart, Dakota, Phoenix or Viper.
