Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company active in 10 states and with a portfolio value exceeding $3.6 billion, has announced the promotion of Marisa Bosser to Corporate Marketing Specialist. Formerly Marketing and Training Coordinator, Bosser began her career at CRC as a Leasing Consultant Intern in 2018.
In her continuing role with the company, Bosser will handle a variety of marketing assignments, including managing and creating designs for all internal corporate projects, executing social media campaigns, and creating graphic design elements for selected special events. She will also be involved in producing the branding initiatives for CRU, the in-house university which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary.
“Marisa is a high energy and multi-talented professional who brings incredible creativity and passion to every assignment,” stated Belinda Torres, CRC’s Corporate Marketing Director. “It has been gratifying to watch her professional growth and her developing talent, and we look forward to seeing more cutting-edge work from her in the future.”
Amanda Tewey, Corporate Marketing Manager for CRC has worked closely with Bosser since she joined the marketing department. Tewey stated, “Marisa’s continuous commitment to the betterment of the marketing department and to CRC as a whole has made her an invaluable team member. We are so proud of her accomplishments and look forward to her continued growth with us.”
Bosser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Towson University before completing her Graphic Design certificate from the Community College of Baltimore County.
