MEMPHIS, Tenn., November 29, 2022: Fogelman Properties, one of the country’s largest privately-owned multifamily investment and property management companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Drummond as Chief Financial Officer. 

Drummond brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience to his new role. He joins Fogelman’s executive team and will be responsible for the company’s corporate finances, investment and property accounting and corporate planning. 

“Will’s combination of accounting, financial and multifamily experience, as well as his prior executive roles, make him uniquely qualified to serve as our company’s CFO,” says Rick Fogelman, CEO of Fogelman Properties. “We look forward to Will’s contributions on the leadership team as Fogelman continues the expansion of its corporate infrastructure and multifamily portfolio.”

Prior to joining Fogelman, Drummond was the Chief Financial Officer at Envolve Communities, LLC, a multifamily real estate company, where he also served as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations. Prior to Envolve Communities, Drummond was a senior manager at Ernst & Young, one of the largest global accounting firms, where he served within the assurance practice. He also was a financial reporting analyst for Education Realty Trust, Inc., a college-housing real-estate investment trust.

Drummond is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
