Los Angeles – Paul Rahimian, CEO and Founder of Parkview Financial, announced today the hiring of industry veteran Blake Rodgers as Senior Loan Originator. Based in Seattle, Blake will launch the firm’s first Pacific Northwest office, where he will focus on sourcing and executing commercial bridge and construction loan opportunities throughout the U.S.

Rodgers brings 15 years of real estate lending and business development experience to Parkview. Most recently, Blake resided at Builders Capital where he originated in excess of $850 million in construction financing for multifamily, mixed-use and SFR developments. He started his career in multifamily investment sales with Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office in 2007. Later he originated debt for Columbia Pacific Advisors, a nationwide direct private lender focused on bridge loans across all asset classes, including senior housing, affordable housing and self-storage. He was also a top producer at Civic Financial Services, a private lender for multifamily and residential value-add projects.

Rodgers holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
