Miguel de Cervantes famously said “Diligence is the mother of good fortune,” and on April 27th Fortune International Realty, Miami’s most established international residential brokerage, honored their highest achievers at Brickell City Centre’s East Hotel, during the company’s annual Top Producer Awards Ceremony.
Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group, the parent of Fortune International Realty and Fortune Development Sales, recognized their real estate and development sales professionals for superlative achievements in the categories of Centurion, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver honoring those with sales from $3 million to more than $100 million for the year.
Earning the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award was Terri Alvarez, Managing Director and a 40-year veteran with Fortune International Realty. A Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Alvarez was recognized for her extraordinary leadership, mentorship of new agents, and “hands on” style of management and analytical approach that has contributed in propelling Fortune International Realty to world recognition.
Receiving the highest accolades, the Centurion award winners were: Alfonso Jaramillo, Fabio F. Faerman, and Sebastian Faerman, who together sold more than $300 million.
Among the Diamond award winners were: Adrian Gonzalez, Adriana Brito, Alexandra Escudero, Brigitte de Langeron, Cesar E. Molina, Chris Suarez, Christopher Jude, Douglas Kinsley, Eduardo Cofresi, Fabian A. Dominguez, Jacqueline M. Molina, Luciene Cofresi, Maria Mariana, Montse Costello, Olga Monson, Peter Liakouras, Rafael Gonzalez, Ricardo Du Pond, Valeria Lugo and Wolfgang Herz.
