Lawson is pleased to welcome Brandi Hall as Talent and Development Manager. Hall is accountable for hiring and training of Lawson team members in this new role created to attract and retain top tier talent at Lawson.

Hall brings 16 years of experience in employee training and development, recruiting and onboarding, and performance management to Lawson. “We’re anxious to leverage Brandi’s experience and insight in creating world-class training opportunities and career paths for Lawson team members.”, said Lawson Director of Human Resources, Julie Richardson. “She’ll play a key role in building a strong and diverse team at Lawson.”

Hall previously worked in multiple Human Resources roles, most recently as Human Resources Generalist for Virginia Media.
