On Tuesday, July 17, the construction team placed the last structural beam and celebrated their “topping out” with a ceremony. Lumen at Tysons, with a rooftop elevation of 869 feet above sea level (AMSL), now represents one of the highest points in the Washington Metropolitan area and one of the tallest buildings in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
