The Calta Group, a real estate design, development, acquisition, and construction company, celebrated the foundation pour for their project, Revv Hollywood, on Thursday, January 18. The event marked a significant milestone in the development of the 180-unit multifamily apartment building located at 2233 Hollywood Blvd., which is set to redefine Hollywood apartment living with an innovative and fresh concept.
Notable attendees included Hollywood Mayor Josh Levy, City Commissioners Traci L. Callari and Idelma Quintana, as well as The Calta Group project team.
The building, designed by Miami-based Borges Architects + Associates, will stand as an eight-story complex featuring a diverse range of residential options, including studios, live-work units, and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Revv is strategically located just blocks from Young Circle and its park, offering residents convenient access to trendy restaurants, healthcare options, and excellent public schools. Additionally, proximity to Fort Lauderdale International Airport enhances the appeal of Revv for a wide range of tenants.
