The 263-Unit Multifamily Community brings much-needed housing to Miami-Dade County residents

This mixed-use community, developed by JQ Group, includes 263 residential apartment units and 14,355 square feet of ground-floor commercial space across four 4-story buildings. The one-, two- and three-bedroom offerings range from 637 to 1,175 square feet and include a mix of both affordable and market-rate apartments. Amenities include a pool, community center, playground, fitness center, library, media center, and approximately 200 parking spaces. Madison Point is located at 26021 S Dixie Hwy in Miami-Dade County.
