Atlanta/Columbia, South Carolina – Stonemark Management has been selected to manage three apartment communities totaling 434 units in the Columbia, South Carolina area. DSP Real Estate Capital recently acquired the properties and chose Stonemark to manage them.
The communities are:
- Three Rivers Apartment Homes in Columbia
- Farrington Apartment Homes in Columbia
- Fountains of Edenwood Apartment in Cayce

All are located near the interstates with easy access to the University of South Carolina, as well as entertainment and employment centers.
