Trimark Properties Hires Recent University of Florida Graduate to Market Portfolio of Gainesville Apartments

Howard will market Trimark Properties' portfolio of Gainesville apartments.

Trimark Properties, a property management and real estate development firm headquartered in Gainesville, FL, has appointed University of Florida alumna Genevieve Howard as its newest Digital Marketing and Advertising Coordinator. Howard will be responsible for marketing the company’s selection of Gainesville apartments and commercial office space near the University and downtown Gainesville.

 

Using her knowledge of the University of Florida student housing market and her newly acquired degree from the top-ranked college’s Heavener School of Business, Howard will assist the marketing department in promoting the company’s commercial and multifamily divisions.

The successful real estate company, established in 1992, has been in the news recently after breaking ground on two projects in March: Ingenuity, a luxury office building near downtown Gainesville, and Cascades Luxury Apartments, a multifamily community near UF’s Sorority Row.

 

In addition to over 25 luxury and affordable apartment complexes, the company’s multifamily sector holds two luxury dorms for UF students and over 20 fully-renovated historic houses. Its commercial division offers custom-built office, lab and retail space in Gainesville’s growing urban business center, Innovation Square.

 

Howard is already familiar with the company’s marketing campaigns after interning for the department while completing her degree. As Trimark’s newest marketing coordinator, Howard will expand upon her former duties and further strengthen the company’s branding and promotional operations by implementing search engine optimization strategies, maintaining the company’s website, producing and managing unique digital content, regulating press, and developing social media and email marketing campaigns.

Howard graduated from the University of Florida in December 2016 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in English.
