A new five-story luxury apartment complex has broken ground in Gainesville, FL next to the University of Florida campus. Cascades Luxury Apartments, a fourteen-million-dollar apartment community, has begun construction and is set for completion in July of 2018.
Cascades’ developer, Trimark Properties, owns and manages twenty-five apartments in Gainesville. They have collaborated with architects Fugleberg Koch on the project, which will have a contemporary, aquatic-inspired design.
The sixty-seven-unit property will feature upscale community amenities including a rooftop terrace where residents can gather with friends, a wading fountain and sunbathing area, a garden and multiple private study rooms. The units themselves will each feature a private Juliet balcony, luxury bathrooms with a full-size tubs and gourmet kitchens with stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances, electric wine coolers and granite countertops
The property will be located at 925 SW 4th Ave., just steps from the University of Florida campus, positioning it in an ideal location for students who want to be close to their classes, midtown and downtown Gainesville.
