Engrain, the market leader in interactive mapping and data visualization software for the built environment, today announced that LCP Media, a national visual media technology company, has integrated with SightMap to give property leasing teams a simple and automated way to create, manage and promote unit-level virtual tours within the TourBuilder platform. 

 

Now, shooting onsite tours and adding new digital content to SightMap and TourBuilder is easier than ever. With the TourBuilder Go mobile app and the included 360 Ricoh camera from LCP Media, onsite teams can shoot a virtual tour of any unit and automatically add the tour to their interactive SightMap. Engrain and LCP Media are advancing their open technology strategy and leveraging APIs to create a seamless process for customers. Users simply select the unit from a map in TourBuilder to add and update virtual tours. TourBuilder tours will be automatically added to the property SightMap and available for use in APIs, drastically decreasing the administrative burden for marketing teams.

 

SightMap, the industry’s leading interactive property map available on more than 200 website providers, is also featured within the TourBuilder virtual tour platform to visually showcase the new unit-level tours. TourBuilder is the rental industry's new, agile hub for creation, organization, storage, management and performance-tracking of digital and visual marketing assets - from one unit to an entire community.

Engrain, the market leader in interactive touring, mapping and data visualization software for the built environment, today announced a partnership with Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA) to integrate Unit Map into REBA’s business intelligence platform. 

 

The Unit Map integration allows REBA BI clients to spatially visualize current and historical property data at the most granular level and gain the contextual insights that are not available using a traditional spreadsheet or chart view. Data visualization elevates the power of property data by allowing asset managers and operations professionals to make quicker, more confident business decisions with visual insights that provide a deeper understanding of property performance.

Baseline Growth Capital and Engrain today announced the launch of an integrated Software and Hardware as a Service solution that provides touchscreen, interactive mapping and self-guided touring products to allow for safe, socially distanced touring of apartment communities. 

Baseline’s partnership will enable apartment operators to gain access to the industry-leading TouchTour product under a single, flexible license, eliminating the complications associated with sales involving capital expenditures. 

The bundled  product offering integrates with all property management software, all self-guided touring solutions and Engrain’s SightMap product, and has direct application in the multifamily, senior living, student housing, single family and commercial markets. Prospects can either begin a tour on their own or work with a leasing consultant while maintaining social distancing.

Cox, a former fixture of the Internet Listing Service (ILS) industry in a 16-year career with RentPath, will assist Engrain in building an industry-leading supply chain of interactive maps to help shape the future of multifamily PropTech. He will also help drive Engrain’s expansion into additional industries and global markets.

The hires of Cox, Simmons and others are a continuation of Engrain’s strategic expansion.  

 

Cox’s duties at Engrain will include further building the company’s sales team, fortifying existing partnerships within multifamily and expanding Engrain’s reach into additional industries and markets. Prior to joining RentPath, Cox served as corporate director of marketing for Atlantic Pacific Companies. He began his career as property manager for SCM Properties in the Naples, Fla., area.
