Largo, Fla. – Berkadia announces it has arranged the sale of Dwell at Bay Crossing, a 228-unit multifamily asset in Largo, Florida. Managing Director Jason Stanton of Berkadia’s Tampa office and Senior Managing Director Cole Whitaker of Berkadia’s Orlando office arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Redwood Capital Group, and the buyer, Ashcroft Capital.

CHARLOTTE, NC – June 27, 2019 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces it has closed the sale of Spring Forest, a 404-unit multi-housing community in Northeast Raleigh, and The Crest at West End, a 188-unit, value-add apartment community in Carrboro, North Carolina.

CHARLOTTE, NC – June 27, 2019 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces it has closed the sale of Spring Forest, a 404-unit multi-housing community in Northeast Raleigh, and The Crest at West End, a 188-unit, value-add apartment community in Carrboro, North Carolina.

ORLANDO, FLA. – Berkadia has arranged the sale and financing of 1020 at Winter Springs, a 208-unit garden-style multifamily asset in the Winter Springs submarket of Orlando, Florida. Covenant Capital Group, a Nashville-based value-add investment manager, sold the property to a joint venture between the Michaelson Group and GMF Capital for $32.5 million, or $156,250 per unit. The property was 97% occupied at the time of sale.

Senior Managing Director Cole Whitaker, Managing Director Jason Stanton, Director Mary Beale and Director Greg Rainey of Berkadia’s Orlando office represented the seller. Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg and Associate Director Matt Robbins secured financing on behalf of the buyer. Freddie Mac provided the $26.13 million, fixed-rate loan with a 10-year term and five years interest only.

SAN ANTONIO (June 24, 2019) – Berkadia announces it has arranged the sale of Brix at Terrell Hills, a 141-unit garden-style multifamily property located in the northeast section of San Antonio. Managing Director Mike Miller, Senior Director Will Caruth, Director Chris Ross and Associate Director Cody Courtney of Berkadia’s San Antonio office marketed the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer is Old Three Hundred Capital.

TAMPA, FLA. – Berkadia announces it has arranged a loan for the acquisition of 312 out of 390 condominiums at the Arbors at Carrollwood, a community in Tampa, Florida. Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg, Associate Director Matt Robbins and Senior Analyst Wes Moczul of Berkadia’s Boca Raton office arranged the loan on behalf of the buyer, a joint venture between Robbins Property Associates and LEM Capital.

Privately held real estate investment firm JRK Property Holdings has increased its multifamily portfolio in the Seattle MSA to more than 1,400 units with the off-market acquisition of Santa Fe Ridge Apartments in Silverdale, WA.

DENVER, CO – June 24, 2019 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces it has arranged $45.65 million in financing for Talavera Apartments, a 240-unit, mid-rise multi-housing community located in Denver, Colorado. 

Concord Capital Partners has acquired Casa Real, a 60-unit multifamily property located in the historic Harper District of West Hollywood for $17.275 million.

St. Petersburg, Fla. (June 19, 2019) – Franklin Street has arranged the sale of 45% of the units at Enclave at Sabal Point, a garden-style condominium community located at 2148 54th Ave S in St. Petersburg, Fla., for $7.3 million, or $66,972 per unit.  Darron Kattan, Zachary Ames, Kevin Kelleher, and Avery Jordan of Franklin Street’s Tampa office represented both the seller, Israeli/Miami-based SLRE Florida Holdings, LLC, and the New York City-based buyer, Axonic Properties.  Enclave at Sabal Point consists of 109 rental units out of a 240-unit complex.
