Dekel Capital, has arranged $59 million in construction financing on behalf of The Latigo Group, which has started work on the first significant multifamily project to be developed in Thousand Oaks, CA since 2007. 

DENVER – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $18.85 million in financing for the development of Bloom at Cherry Creek, a 111-unit, Class A mid-rise apartment property currently under construction in Denver’s Cherry Creek submarket.

South Florida developer Shoma Group announced today that they have closed on a $17.6 million construction loan for Ten30 South Beach. New York-based ACRES Capital Corp. served as the lender.

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $17.5 million in financing for the development of The Rail @ Red Bank, a 57-unit, Class A apartment project in Red Bank, Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Berkadia today announced that it has secured a capital partner for The Michaels Organization’s new luxury living rental apartment community in Austin, Texas. The $59 million multifamily development, called Zoey, marks Michaels’ first entrance into the Austin market.

Greystone, a leading commercial real estate lending, investment, and advisory firm, today announced that it has arranged a $50 million leasehold construction facility for Adam America Real Estate (“AARE”). The construction loan was provided by BMO Harris Bank (“BMO”), a Chicago-based banking subsidiary of BMO Financial Group, to finance the development of a six-story, mixed-use multifamily building with 299 units, 206 ancillary parking spaces, and approximately 6,100 square feet of ground floor retail space located at 44 Olive Street in New Haven, CT.

CHICAGO – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged construction debt and joint venture equity for the development of Trulee Evanston, a 163-unit luxury seniors housing property in Evanston, Illinois.  

CHARLOTTE – JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has arranged $22.36 million in construction financing for the development of Hartwell Village Apartments, a 185-unit, 433-bed, Class A student housing project that is part of the Hartwell Village mixed-use development near Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
