Greystone Real Estate Advisors today announced Payton Banks has joined as a Managing Director for multifamily sales advisory efforts in the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Banks brings over 15 years of multifamily investment management experience to Greystone, and reports to Jim McDevitt, President, Greystone Real Estate Advisors’ multifamily group.

Greystone Development, a New York-based real estate development company, announced the appointment of Tiffany Rufrano as Director of Asset Management. Ms. Rufrano brings over a decade of commercial asset experience from her prior positions at Paramount Group, J.P. Morgan and Clarion Partners. In this newly created role at Greystone, Ms. Rufrano will manage the company’s growing portfolio of nationally-based multifamily and mixed-use properties, including current holdings in New York City, Miami, and Palo Alto.
