Austin, Texas-based Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc., is pleased to announce the hiring of industry expert and veteran, Tina West, CPM, as their new Chief Operating Officer. Tina brings a high-energy, results-oriented approach with over 25 years of experience in multi-family property management. Based in Capstone’s corporate office in Austin, Texas, she will lead Capstone’s expansive Operations team, with a portfolio spanning across more than 75 cities and having regional offices in Dallas, San Antonio and Houston.

Past roles include Vice President of Property Operations with a national developer overseeing all operations for the West Coast, Principal for a successful third party management group and Owner of her own real estate sales and marketing company. Tina holds a Master’s degree in finance and Bachelors of Science degree in organizational management. She serves on multiple IREM councils and various boards of directors.
