The Bainbridge Companies Appoints Eric Clark as VP of Marketing and Strategic Development

The Bainbridge Companies, a leading owner, developer and manager of luxury multifamily communities in the eastern U.S., today announced that Eric Clark has joined its executive team as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development.

Clark will oversee the strategic planning and execution of marketing and branding at the corporate and community level in addition to the company’s training and team development initiatives. His efforts will strengthen Bainbridge’s reputation as a leading developer, owner and operator of luxury communities that deliver best-in-class, resort-style living experiences to residents. Earlier this year, the growing company was included in the National Multifamily Housing Council's Top 25 Developers and Top 25 General Contractor rankings.

Clark most recently served as Director of Marketing for Greystar, where he oversaw all marketing-related strategies for more than 40,000 units in the company's East/Florida Division. He was also a member of Greystar's Innovation Team, which was charged with pioneering new opportunities and developing the company's strategic vision. Before his tenure at Greystar, Clark held marketing leadership roles at The Altman Companies, Winthrop Management and Lang Realty.

He graduated from the University of Tampa’s John H. Sykes College of Business with a bachelor's in marketing and will be based out of The Bainbridge Companies' corporate headquarters in Wellington, Fla.
