With 100,000 units under the expanding multifamily and build-to-rent platform, RangeWater Real Estate’s property management team adds senior leader
RangeWater Real Estate, a fully integrated rental housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, announces the addition of Goldie Bartlett to the firm’s property management team as new Senior Managing Director of Property Management for the Southeast. With over 100,000 units across the portfolio, the firm’s commitment to strategic growth remains evident with this key new hire to the leadership team.

In her new role, Bartlett oversees and supports all aspects of property operations in the Southeast region, including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. Her responsibilities focus on maximizing the value of each asset through a collaborative, process-driven, and performance-centric approach.
Prior to joining RangeWater, Bartlett held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Wood Partners, a vertically integrated national real estate development and property management firm. During her twelve-year tenure as a founding member of its management division, she was instrumental in the management company's growth to its current 25,000+ units under management. Bartlett's responsibilities included overseeing operations for the Eastern half of the firm’s national portfolio, generating revenue exceeding $10M annually for the company. Through strategic and thoughtful management strategies, she led teams to successfully execute over 100 lease-ups through stabilization and disposition and to maximize the NOI of assets in the stabilized and value-add asset life cycles.
Throughout her twenty-two-year career in property management, Bartlett has held leadership roles with several notable organizations, including Greystar Real Estate Services and Camden Property Trust. She has led operations in highly competitive markets spanning across the Sun Belt, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions. Prior to starting her career in property management, Bartlett had a twelve-year career in retail management, holding various leadership roles for national retailers.

Bartlett’s philanthropic contributions include sponsoring children through a humanitarian advocacy organization and fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is an avid reader and enjoys playing the trumpet, running, and distance high-elevation hiking. Bartlett is based in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
