Perez, who will be leading the sales team at YOO Residences at Metropica, is recognized as a leader in the South Florida luxury real estate market for more than 20 years. He is known for his creative on-site and off-site marketing, selling residences to both local and international buyers.
He has an expansive clientele base, with broker networks throughout the world. In conjunction with offshore brokers, Perez has achieved sales of over 800 million dollars in 10-year period and established an international presence in Latin America and Europe.
