Ross Management Merger

21 August 2020

Ross Management, a premier property management company, is proud to announce that it has merged with Envolve Communities LLC, one of the country’s largest affordable multifamily property owners, managers, and redevelopers.

Ross Management was founded in 1986 by Debi Ross with a single 69-unit senior affordable community.  Since that time, Ross Management, currently managing a portfolio of 62 properties totaling 3334 units in Colorado and Oklahoma with an additional 7 properties(620 units) in the pipeline, has made incredible strides in the affordable housing industry, maintaining its passion and commitment to the preservation and enhancement of affordable housing. Ross Management specializes in all facets of the affordable housing arena, serving special needs populations, homeless Veterans and youth, mixed developments and commercial properties. The Ross/Envolve partnership is founded with the structure and leadership that allows full coordination between the two companies,” said Debi Ross, CEO and President of Ross Management.

“There is unique synergy between Ross Management and Envolve Communities in how we support our residents, provide a quality work life for our employees, and dedicate ourselves to preserving and enhancing the values of each investment,” Ross continued. “This merger will provide scale and operational expertise resulting in continued superior performance.”

“We are excited to have the Ross team join the Envolve family,” said Daniel Hughes, Chairman and CEO of Envolve Communities. “The long-standing pursuit of excellence by Ross Management fits nicely with the values and focus for Envolve. We think there will be synergies that benefit clients, teammates, and our shareholders—so we look forward with enthusiasm to the future.”

Now known as “Ross – A Division of Envolve Communities,” with the goals of expanding its reach to provide quality affordable housing, will see very little change in their day-to-day operations. Ross will be led by 20-year employee, Brooke Akins, as Executive Vice President.  Debi Ross will transition into a consultant role for the company.
