Completed by the Ugo Colombo-led CMC Group in October 2019, the 64-story, 527-unit Brickell Flatiron is one of Miami’s most anticipated new condo towers in recent memory. Designed by renowned architect Luis Revuelta, with amenity spaces conceived by Massimo Iosa Ghini, it is the tallest condo tower south of New York City. It is located at 1001 S. Miami Ave.

SLS Lux Brickell is a 57-story, 450-unit tower completed by the Related Group and Allen Morris Company in 2018. The 805 S. Miami Ave. building was designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg. SLS Lux also includes a 78-room hotel.
