Jennifer Duryea brings strong sales and marketing background to leading residential property management company

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, a premier residential property management company and one of Florida’s fastest-growing private companies overall, made a significant addition to its Southwest Florida team with the arrival of new Business Development Manager, Jennifer Duryea. The experienced sales and marketing professional will focus on identifying new business opportunities in the region and building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing clients.

A Fort Myers native and current resident of Bonita Springs, Duryea served various sales and marketing roles with Southwest Florida-based companies H2O911 Restoration Inc. and Elias Brothers Group. Those roles helped her develop a strong network of business relationships in the region.

“Jennifer Duryea will be a critical member of our Southwest Florida team,” said Senior Vice President Zuly Maribona, who oversees Southwest. Central and Northern Florida for KWPMC. “Her contacts, customer service focus and credibility in the market should greatly benefit our continued growth in the region.”

Before working in sales and marketing, Duryea spent 15 years teaching at private and public schools in Hawaii, West Palm Beach and Fort Myers. While finishing her studies at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, Duryea completed a three-month mission in Kenya and Tanzania. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

With nearly 20,000 units at luxury lifestyle communities and high-rise condominium buildings in Collier, Lee and Hendry counties, KWPMC has a substantial presence in the Southwest Florida region. Its vast Southwest Florida portfolio includes Altaira at the Colony in Bonita Springs, Paseo in Fort Myers and Admiralty Point, Tiburon Estates and VeronaWalk in Naples.

KWPMC’s incredible growth and entrepreneurial success is resulting in prestigious awards and recognitions regionally and nationally. For the second consecutive year, the company was featured on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list - a ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. KWPMC was also recognized in the last two Inc. 5000 Series lists of the fastest-growing private companies in Florida.

In August 2020, KWPMC was honored as one of the South Florida Business Journal’s 2020 “Fast 50” award recipients. This is the company’s second straight appearance on the Fast 50 list, which recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in South Florida.
