Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group, the parent of Fortune International Realty and Fortune Development Sales, recognized their real estate and development sales professionals for superlative achievements in the categories of Centurion, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver honoring those with sales from $3 million to more than $100 million for the year.

 

Earning the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award was Terri Alvarez, Managing Director and a 40-year veteran with Fortune International Realty. A Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Alvarez was recognized for her extraordinary leadership, mentorship of new agents, and “hands on” style of management and analytical approach that has contributed in propelling Fortune International Realty to world recognition.

 

Receiving the highest accolades, the Centurion award winners were: Alfonso Jaramillo, Fabio F. Faerman, and Sebastian Faerman, who together sold more than $300 million.

MIAMI (Nov. 5, 2019) – Miami-based Shoma Group recently commemorated the groundbreaking of Ten30 South Beach, a curated collection of 43 studio, one- and two-bedroom condominiums nestled in one of South Beach’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

 

In a nod to the development’s name, the ceremonial groundbreaking was held on October 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the future site of Ten30 South Beach.
