ANF Group, Inc., a full-service construction and development firm, has been presented with two Pyramid Awards at this year’s Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Florida East Coast Chapter 2023 Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards. The EIC awards program is the industry’s leading competition that honors both general and specialty contractors for innovative and high-quality merit shop construction projects.

Natura Gardens is a garden-style luxury rental apartment community consisting of 460 units ranging from 727 square feet with one (1) bedroom to 1,476 square feet with three (3) bedrooms. The 27-acre multifamily development features twelve three-story buildings, in addition to the following amenities: a two-story clubhouse, resort-style pool, and spa, media room, game room, kids’ playroom, playground, fitness center, co-working spaces, a dog park and electric car charging stations. Surrounded by abundant trees and lush, green spaces. Natura Gardens is located in Northwest Miami-Dade, Florida.

16000 Pines Market is a 135,000-square-foot mixed-use development at the corner of Pines Boulevard and Dykes Road bringing much-needed convenience and amenities to the west Pembroke Pines area. Previously home to an underutilized U.S. Postal Service distribution center that had been decommissioned several years ago, the project was constructed over two phases and includes a mix of retail, commercial and office space, plus 629 parking spaces. ANF Group constructed select retail and commercial projects within the development, including the plaza’s shell and the buildout of anchor stores Publix Supermarket and big-box retailer Burlington.

ABC Florida East Coast Chapter 2023 EIC Awards ceremony was held on October 20^th at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood.  Dozens of businesses were recognized for safety, construction, and more at the awards banquet.  The EIC annual awards honor every member of the construction team, including the contractor, owner, architect, and engineer. The winning projects, selected from entries submitted across the FL East Coast, are judged on complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, safety, and cost.
