Multifamily industry leader adds five communities totaling nearly 850 apartments, launches leasing at two new projects

Allied Orion Group (AOG) has been tapped to manage Lotus Village Apartments, a 222-unit apartment community in Northeast Austin. The firm is further expanding its growing management portfolio and presence in the Austin market. 

Atlanta/Baytown, Texas – Stonemark Management is now managing The Standard at Eastpoint Apartments in the Houston Metropolitan area. The Class A luxury multifamily community, formerly known as Ravella at Eastpoint, has 283 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The 12 floorplans include two-story townhomes with yards.  

The Altman Companies, a nationally recognized developer, builder, and manager of exceptional rental apartment communities is pleased to announce that it will now be managing the Avery Pompano Beach,  an eight-story, high-tech apartment tower located north of East Atlantic Boulevard and just steps from the beach.  A division of The Altman Companies, Altman Management was hired by the Frankforter Group, a Canadian-based real estate investment and asset management firm, who recently purchased the community.

Atlanta/San Antonio, Texas - Stonemark Management is now managing The Oaks at La Cantera in San Antonio. The community, formerly known as Alpin Park, features 124 one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 542 to 1,150 square feet. Four different floorplans, including roommate lay-outs, are available.
