Berkadia announces it has arranged the acquisition financing for The Reserve at Brandon, a 982-unit apartment community located in Brandon, Florida, outside of Tampa. Managing Directors Brad Williamson, Matt Robbins and Scott Wadler, Senior Managing Director Mitch Sinberg and Vice President Alan Dillman of Berkadia Miami secured a loan on behalf of ZMR Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Tampa. The property was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.

Berkadia announces it has arranged the sale and financing of Jupiter Isle Apartments, a 359-unit value-add, garden-style apartment community located in the northern Palm Beach County city of Jupiter, Fla. Senior Managing Directors Jaret Turkell and Roberto Pesant, along with Associate Director Omar Morales and Senior Analyst Jose Mota of Berkadia Miami, marketed the property on behalf of Northland. S2 Capital, a national value-add multifamily investor with more than $9 billion in transaction volume, acquired the property for an undisclosed amount.

Magma Equities ("Magma"), in a joint venture with funds managed by Franklin Templeton (“Franklin Templeton”), has acquired Palencia Apartment Homes, a 281-unit apartment community in north Dallas, its fourth multifamily investment in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro since opening a regional headquarters here late last year.

Addison Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring well-located multifamily properties in strategic growth markets in the Southeast, today announced it has sold Westside Manor, a 64-unit apartment community located in Salisbury, N.C. The buyer and the sales price were not disclosed.

Orlando, Fla. (April 4, 2022)  EPC Promecap Multifamily Partners V, LLC (“Fund V”), a private investment vehicle co-managed by Eagle Property Capital Investments, LLC (“EPC”), a vertically integrated real estate investment manager focused on the value-add multifamily space and Promecap, S.A. de C.V. (“Promecap”), a leading private equity firm based in Mexico City, acquired an apartment community in the Orlando Metro area: the 432-unit Venue at Winter Park.

San Diego-based Tower 16 Capital Partners has acquired Copper Ridge Apartments, a 180-unit multifamily property located in Albuquerque, N.M. The Copper Ridge Apartments project was built in 1972 and was acquired from an out-of-state seller for an undisclosed price.

Greenstone Partners lists 1501 & 1505 N. Milwaukee Ave., in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago for $7.39 million. The two buildings are situated on one land parcel, including a two-car parking garage. Greenstone Partners’ Managing Partner Danny Spitz and Senior Director Brewster Hague represent the seller and are marketing the portfolio.
