Metropica, one of the nation’s largest under-construction mixed-use communities, celebrated the announcement of their partnership with former Miami Dolphins wide receiver from 1993 to 2001, turned real estate professional, O.J. McDuffie and his realty team during a reception recently held at its sales gallery. The Fran and O.J. McDuffie team, comprised of Fran and O.J. McDuffie from Compass’ Sports and Entertainment division, will be new ambassadors for the immense development, spanning approximately 4 million square feet.
During the reception, Joseph Kavana, CEO of Metropica Development LLC and his team, welcomed more than 60 guests, including members of the real estate community and the Mayor of Sunrise Mike Ryan, to Metropica’s sales gallery, where they enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and learned about the new partnership with the McDuffie team.
