Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce Jacob Vial has been hired as senior vice president in the company’s Commercial Finance Group, overseeing Federal Housing Administration/Housing and Urban Development lending for multifamily and senior housing properties.
