New arrivals join fast-growing multifamily development and construction firm

Greystone, a leading national commercial real estate finance company, announced that company veteran, Pharrah Jackson-Rowell, has assumed a new role as a Vice President and loan originator on the firm’s affordable lending team led by Jeff Englund.

Mill Creek Residential, a leading developer and operator specializing in premier rental communities across the U.S., today announced it has hired Mike Kim as senior managing director in Northern California. Kim will oversee Mill Creek’s development activities in Northern California, including San Francisco, Oakland and Silicon Valley.

Greystone, a leading national commercial real estate finance company, announced new senior hires on its CMBS platform, Jared Noordyk as Head of Securitization and Natalie Grainger as Chief Credit Officer. San Diego-based Sunrise Management – which has specialized in the management of multifamily real estate since 1978 – has promoted Dennis Mitchell to vice president of client strategy. Mitchell was previously a regional vice president for the company’s Portland office.

Ms. Gambuto has been in the multifamily real estate industry for over 20 years, most recently serving as WPM’s Multifamily Director of Operations. As president, she will guide the future direction of the division and its 300 plus Associates across the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-South regions and join WPM’s executive management team.
